Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Airlangga Hartarto, Chairman of the National Campaign Team (TKN) Prabowo-Gibran, revealed that the Presidential Candidate Number 2, Prabowo Subianto, will be confident in the upcoming presidential debate.
“If it’s about defense, geopolitics, international, Mr. Prabowo is very proficient,” Airlangga said at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, on Friday (1/5/2024).
However, he said that the strategy to be adopted by Prabowo will not be attacking as before.
“We are confident,” he emphasized.
It is to be noted that the third presidential debate in 2024 will be held at Istora Senayan on Sunday (1/7/2024) at 19.00 WIB. The theme of the debate will include defense, security, international relations, globalization, geopolitics, and foreign politics.
The public can watch the debate online, both on streaming platforms and the YouTube channel of the General Election Commission (KPU RI).
Meanwhile, the presidential debate will also be broadcasted on TV and radio. Specifically for the third debate, it can be watched on MNC TV, iNews, RCTI, and GTV.
The presidential and vice-presidential debates will be held five times before the election day on February 14, 2024. The presidential candidates will debate three times, and the vice-presidential candidates will debate twice.
