3. Strengthen the National Health Insurance Program (JKN).
4. Improve access, quality, and availability of health services.
5. Enhance inter-agency synergy in health infrastructure.
6. Increase health human resources.
7. Strengthen the independence of the pharmaceutical industry.
III. Social Protection Budget Priorities:
1. Improve targeting of social protection programs.
2. Strengthen convergence of programs.
3. Enhance program design and implementation.
4. Strengthen lifelong social protection.

IV. Infrastructure Budget Priorities:
