Prabowo Subianto, President-elect and Chairman of the Gerindra Party, sent his congratulations to the Labor Party on its 3rd anniversary through a video message. In the video shown at the event, Prabowo apologized for not being able to attend in person due to a prior commitment. He emphasized his long-standing fight for the rights and welfare of laborers, farmers, fishermen, and all Indonesian citizens, especially those who have yet to benefit from prosperity.
Prabowo highlighted his advocacy for economic justice through his involvement with various farmer associations. He stressed the importance of an economy based on Pancasila and family values, rather than a capitalist or neoliberal system that may contradict Indonesia’s foundational principles. Prabowo called for unity among all Indonesians in building a progressive nation and emphasized the need for responsible management of the country’s resources and a strong stance against corruption.
He expressed his belief that Indonesia has the potential to become a developed nation and called on the people to work together towards this goal.
