President Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, recently took a high-speed train from Halim Station in Jakarta to Bandung, West Java. Dressed in a cream-colored outfit, he arrived at the station at 7:45 p.m. amidst a crowd of excited onlookers. Before boarding the train, he interacted warmly with the public, taking photos with the Whoosh crew, and departed for Tegalluar Station in Bandung at 8:00 p.m. Prabowo is scheduled to inaugurate the 2025 Indonesian Convention on Science, Technology, and Industry (KSTI) at Sasana Budaya Ganesa, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) from August 7 to 9. The theme of the convention, “Economic Growth and Equity Through Mastery of Science and Technology,” aims to facilitate discussions on the role of science and technology in economic development and equity. The event is expected to attract experts from various fields to strategize and share insights on these crucial topics.
